Schaefer Yacht Giveaway

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 19 years of age or older and must be a resident of Ontario, Canada to be eligible. Entrants who can not provide immediate confirmation with government ID such as a Drivers License or Passport, will be disqualified and a new entrant will be selected as the winner. Entrant’s email address must be active at the time of winner selection to be eligible. Limit one entry per individual. Duplicate entries will not be considered. Employees, directors, or their immediate families are not eligible to win. Submitting an entry indicates acceptance of the terms and condition of the official contest rules.

Details of Prize:

One of two prizes of equal value will be awarded. Contest Winner will have a choice of either the new 2022 Schaefer V33 Centre-Console for the entire boating season from May to October 2023 with skipper for 10 outings OR the new 2022 Schaefer Yachts 400 Express Cruiser with crew for a series of 5 monthly outings. Winner enjoys all the convenient benefits and advantages of the Fractional Yachting Program that YACHT Solutions provides. The winner will be notified in spring of 2023 on or after April 14, 2023, after which no further entries will be considered. The winner will be selected and notified via email and will have two business days to respond and accept the prize or a new winner will be selected. Acceptance of the prize is dependent upon verification of winner’s legal residence and valid government ID. Inability to verify the winner’s legal residence and/or inability to immediately verify identity will result in forfeit of the prize and a new winner will be selected. Prize does not include fuel, incidental costs, dockage away from home base or any other costs not included in the Fractional Program. Winner will be responsible for any such incurred expenses due. No cash value or substitutions are available, and the dates of the outings can be selected based on availability. Total prize value is over $12,000.

By submitting an entry, the entrant is agreeing to our Privacy Policy. Additionally, the entrant is granting permission for Kerrwil Publications Limited dba Canadian Yachting and YACHT Solutions Inc. to release winner’s first name and city publicly. Further, entrant is granting permission for their name, likeness, statements and submitted entries for publicity purposes without compensation. Kerrwil Publications and YACHT Solutions reserve the right to terminate or extend this contest at any time. Entry submissions become the property of YACHT Solutions and will not be returned. Names and emails of entrants may be shared with a sponsoring company for future marketing communication, upon request of such. Federal, provincial along with local laws and regulations apply. This contest may be void in some provinces or where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants agree that all parties participating in the design, administration or fulfillment of this contest (Collectively Releases), shall not be liable for injuries, damages, expenses, costs or losses of any kind resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance or use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof.
